By accessing our website, submitting an order, approving a quote, paying an invoice, or purchasing products or services from WE GRIND APPAREL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

02Orders & Payment
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing:
- Payment must be received according to the payment terms shown on the applicable invoice or order.
- WE GRIND APPAREL is not required to begin design, sourcing, purchasing, or production until the required payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Orders with unsuccessful, disputed, reversed, or unverifiable payments may be placed on hold or canceled.
- Additional work or products requested after an order has been approved may require additional payment.
WE GRIND APPAREL reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Currency
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- All prices are quoted and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
- Clients are responsible for currency-conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, exchange-rate differences, banking fees, or other charges imposed by financial institutions or payment processors.
03Quotes, Pricing & Order Changes
Quotes and estimates are based on the specifications provided at the time they are prepared, including quantity, garment style, decoration method, artwork requirements, print locations, colors, and shipping information.
Pricing may change if the client modifies the order after receiving a quote.
Changes including, but not limited to:
- Garment or product selection
- Quantity
- Sizes
- Colors
- Artwork
- Print locations
- Decoration method
- Shipping method
- Delivery requirements
may result in revised pricing or production timelines.
A quote does not guarantee inventory availability until applicable products have been ordered or otherwise secured.
04Production & Delivery Timelines
Estimated production and delivery timelines may be provided with an order or quote.
Production timelines generally begin after all required items have been received, including:
- Required payment
- Final artwork
- Artwork or mockup approval
- Final quantities and sizes
- Garment or product selections
- Shipping information
- Any other information reasonably required to complete the order
All turnaround and delivery dates are estimates unless WE GRIND APPAREL expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed deadline.
WE GRIND APPAREL is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including supplier shortages, inventory changes, shipping-carrier delays, equipment issues, weather, labor disruptions, manufacturer delays, or other unforeseen events.
Rush services, when available, may be subject to additional charges.
05Artwork, Proofs & Approvals
Clients may receive digital proofs, mockups, or other representations of an order before production.
It is the client's responsibility to carefully review all proofs before approval, including:
- Artwork
- Spelling
- Colors
- Placement
- Sizing
- Quantities
- Garment or product selection
- Other order details
Once a proof or order is approved, the client accepts responsibility for the approved specifications.
WE GRIND APPAREL is not responsible for errors appearing in the final product that were present in and approved through the applicable proof, mockup, or order confirmation.
Digital proofs are intended as visual approximations. Actual garment colors, print colors, dimensions, placement, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to production methods, materials, screen displays, garment construction, and manufacturing tolerances.
06Revisions & Design Changes
The number of design revisions included with an order, if any, may depend on the selected service or package.
Revisions generally apply to the agreed-upon creative direction or scope of work.
Requests involving:
- Entirely new concepts
- Significant changes in creative direction
- Additional designs
- Additional print locations
- Additional deliverables
- Work outside the original project scope
may require additional fees.
WE GRIND APPAREL will notify the client when a requested change falls outside the originally agreed scope.
07Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete order information
- Supplying required artwork, logos, names, trademarks, and content
- Reviewing proofs and order details carefully
- Providing feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Confirming garment sizes, quantities, colors, and product selections
- Providing accurate billing and shipping information
- Ensuring they possess the necessary rights or authorization to use all submitted materials
The client represents and warrants that any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, names, slogans, graphics, or other materials supplied to WE GRIND APPAREL may lawfully be reproduced and used for the requested project.
WE GRIND APPAREL does not independently verify trademark ownership, copyright ownership, licensing rights, or the availability of names or marks.
WE GRIND APPAREL may decline to reproduce content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual-property rights or violates applicable law.
08Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom final artwork created specifically for a client transfers only after:
- All amounts owed for the applicable project have been paid in full; and
- The applicable final deliverables have been provided to the client.
WE GRIND APPAREL retains ownership of materials that were not selected or purchased as final deliverables, including:
- Unused design concepts
- Rejected concepts
- Preliminary artwork
- Drafts
- Internal production files
- Working files
- Presentation materials
- Proprietary processes, templates, systems, or tools
Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners and is governed by any applicable licenses.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, WE GRIND APPAREL may photograph, reproduce, display, or reference completed work for portfolios, social media, advertising, samples, case studies, website content, and other promotional purposes.
We will honor reasonable written requests from clients who do not want completed work publicly displayed.
09Fonts, Stock Assets & Third-Party Materials
Certain projects may incorporate third-party materials such as:
- Fonts
- Stock photography
- Stock graphics
- Mockups
- Templates
- Licensed design elements
- Manufacturer-provided artwork or product imagery
Such materials remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
Unless expressly transferred or sublicensed, the client's rights to third-party assets are limited by the terms established by the applicable third-party owner or licensing provider.
The client may be responsible for purchasing additional or extended licenses when required for their intended use.
10Apparel & Manufacturing Variations
The client acknowledges that custom apparel and merchandise are manufactured products and may contain reasonable variations.
Such variations may include:
- Minor differences in print placement
- Small variations in ink or thread color
- Differences in garment dye lots
- Minor differences between garment sizes
- Manufacturer tolerances
- Slight inconsistencies in embroidery or print dimensions
- Variations between digital mockups and finished physical products
These reasonable industry variations are not considered defects.
Garment dimensions and sizing may also vary by manufacturer, style, and production batch. Clients are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before placing an order.
11Inventory & Substitutions
Product availability may change without notice.
If a requested garment, color, size, or product becomes unavailable, WE GRIND APPAREL may contact the client to approve:
- A comparable substitute
- A different color or style
- A revised quantity
- A revised production timeline
WE GRIND APPAREL will not knowingly make a material product substitution without client approval.
12Shipping & Delivery
WE GRIND APPAREL may use third-party carriers to deliver orders.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
The client is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
WE GRIND APPAREL is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Incorrect shipping information supplied by the client
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Missed delivery attempts
- Customs delays
- Events outside our reasonable control
Clients should promptly notify WE GRIND APPAREL regarding lost, damaged, or missing shipments so that we can determine whether a carrier claim or other remedy may be available.
13Refunds, Returns & Defective Products
Because many WE GRIND APPAREL products are customized or produced specifically for an individual client, custom products may not be returnable or refundable except as provided by our applicable refund, return, or satisfaction policy.
Refund eligibility, when applicable, is governed by the refund or return policy in effect for the applicable order.
Clients should inspect completed orders promptly after delivery and notify WE GRIND APPAREL of any suspected production defect, shortage, or incorrect item within the timeframe specified in our applicable policy.
WE GRIND APPAREL may request photographs, quantities, or other information necessary to evaluate a claim.
When WE GRIND APPAREL determines that a product contains a qualifying manufacturing or production defect, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, account credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
14Cancellations
Orders may generally be canceled before purchasing, sourcing, design, or production work has begun, subject to any costs already incurred.
After WE GRIND APPAREL has begun work or incurred expenses related to an order, including artwork preparation, blank garment purchasing, product sourcing, setup, or production, some or all payments may become non-refundable.
Any cancellation eligibility will be determined according to the status of the order and the applicable refund or cancellation policy.
15Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to make a reasonable effort to contact WE GRIND APPAREL regarding billing concerns or order disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:
- Active work on the applicable project may be paused.
- Pending production or delivery may be suspended where legally permitted.
- WE GRIND APPAREL may provide payment processors or financial institutions with invoices, approvals, communications, tracking information, proofs, and other documentation relevant to the transaction.
- Access to unpaid deliverables may be withheld where legally permitted.
WE GRIND APPAREL reserves the right to refuse future service in cases involving fraudulent payments, fraudulent disputes, or abusive payment activity.
16Client Inactivity
Projects require timely participation from the client.
If a client does not provide requested feedback, approvals, information, or materials for 40 consecutive calendar days, WE GRIND APPAREL may classify the project as inactive or completed.
In such circumstances:
- Work completed up to that point may be considered the completed scope.
- Previously paid amounts may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
- Restarting the project may require a new timeline, revised pricing, or reactivation fee.
WE GRIND APPAREL may choose to reopen an inactive project at its discretion.
17Trademark & Legal Disclaimer
WE GRIND APPAREL does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any name, logo, slogan, design, artwork, or other creative material is eligible for copyright or trademark protection.
WE GRIND APPAREL also does not guarantee that a client's name, logo, design, or other materials do not conflict with the rights of another party.
Clients are responsible for conducting any desired trademark, copyright, or legal clearance searches and for obtaining advice from a qualified attorney regarding intellectual-property protection or registration.
18Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WE GRIND APPAREL and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to an order, product, service, or use of our website.
This includes, without limitation:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost business opportunities
- Business interruption
- Marketing or advertising performance
- Reputational loss
- Third-party production issues
- Carrier delays
- Losses resulting from client-provided information or materials
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WE GRIND APPAREL's aggregate liability arising from a specific order or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to WE GRIND APPAREL for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in writing or required by law, products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
WE GRIND APPAREL does not guarantee:
- A particular commercial result
- Increased sales or revenue
- Marketing performance
- Customer response
- Trademark or copyright registration
- Legal clearance of client-provided materials
- Exact color matching across different materials or production methods
- Availability of third-party garments, products, or materials
Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
20Refusal or Termination of Service
WE GRIND APPAREL may refuse, suspend, or terminate service where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
- Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
- Failure to make required payments
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Illegal or prohibited content
- Material violations of these Terms
Termination does not eliminate any outstanding payment obligations for products, services, expenses, or work already performed.
21Force Majeure
WE GRIND APPAREL will not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, supplier disruptions, equipment failures, power outages, internet outages, epidemics, pandemics, wars, civil disturbances, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
22Changes to These Terms
WE GRIND APPAREL may revise these Terms from time to time.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, revised Terms become effective when they are posted to our website or otherwise made available to clients.
The Last Updated date at the top of these Terms identifies the most recent revision.
23Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
24Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable quote, invoice, proposal, order confirmation, refund policy, privacy policy, or other written agreement between the client and WE GRIND APPAREL, constitute the agreement applicable to the relevant products or services.
If a separately signed written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement will control with respect to that conflict.
