Do I need a brand package to order apparel?
No. If you already have a logo, you can go straight to an apparel order. If your file isn't print-ready, we'll tell you before anything prints and what it takes to fix it.
Which brand package should I start with?
If you have a name and need one strong mark, start at Logo. If you're launching or rebranding and need color, type and rules other people can follow, that's Brand Identity — where most businesses land. Brand + Apparel adds custom garment designs on top of the full identity, plus a credit toward your first run.
What can you print on?
Tees, long sleeves, hoodies, sweatshirts and polos. Simple color printing covers designs with up to 2 ink colors, full color printing goes up to 6, and polos can be embroidered instead.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. You'll see the garment, colors and print placement before anything runs, and nothing prints until you approve it.
What does "unlimited revisions" actually mean?
Unlimited within the concept direction you choose. Pick a direction and we refine it until it's right, with no revision counter. Scrapping the direction and starting from scratch is a new project — we say that upfront rather than burying it in a contract.
Who owns the final files?
You do, completely. Full rights transfer on delivery — source files, vectors and production art. No licensing tiers, no extra fee to get the AI file released.
How long does it take?
For branding: as little as 48 hours for Logo, two weeks for Brand Identity, three for Brand + Apparel, starting when your questionnaire comes back. For apparel, timing depends on quantity and garment availability, and we confirm your date with the proof.
What's the $750 credit on the top tier?
Brand + Apparel is the package that goes past branding into product. It includes custom apparel designs and print-ready artwork, and the $750 comes off your first production run with us — straight against garments, since there are no art fees at order time.
I already have a logo. Can you build the rest around it?
Often, yes — it depends on whether the existing artwork is usable vector art. Bring it to the call and we'll tell you straight whether it can be built on as-is or needs rebuilding first.
